The First Floor

(located off the kitchen)

How's that? You could throw the kids right in the tub while you make
yourself a coffee, hot chocolate or 'hot toddy'. Just strip their (or
your) insies, socks, etc. & toss them into what Consumers Reports
ranked as the "best washer/dryer on the market today". Wait 'till you
see 'em work!

The 'front' Living Room

Measures 15' x 11'. Plenty of natural light, beautiful blinds,
refinished floors. 'Game Table' has four chairs that accompany
it. The TV has two sets of headphones, so you can watch one program in
here; and one in the other living room
Front closet (to the right of the chair & picture above) has
been...well let's say, 'redesigned' for maximum storage opportunities!

The 'other' Living Room
|
'Middle' living room gets nice warming from the wood stove in
the room, to the left. Read your books here, enjoy the killer
wide-screen TV with surround sound system or listen to any one of
150 commercial-free channels of music on
XM Satellite Radio

Fireplace/warming/reading room
|
Wood Stove-reading-warming room. Newest ultra-efficient 'Quadra-Fire'
wood stove. Fire this up & 1/2 of house is warm!
Door on right is to basement, where a nicely aged
cord of wood (below) is available right at the bottom of the stairs. No getting wet looking for
wood outside!
